About Us

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 3 of the Law No. 5910 on the Establishment and Duties of the Turkish Exporters Assembly and Exporters' Associations, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 3/7/2009 and numbered 27277, Istanbul Ship and Yacht Exporters' Association was established with its headquarters in Istanbul and secretariat services to be carried out by the General Secretariat of Istanbul Exporters' Associations. (Export Communiqué No. 2010/3, which entered into force with its publication in the Official Gazette dated 26 March 2010 and numbered 27533)

On April 29, 2010, the general assembly was held. With the Communiqué No. Export 2011/16 published in the Official Gazette dated 24.09.2011 and numbered 28064, the title of the Association was changed to "Turkish Ship Yacht and Marine Services Exporters' Association".

With the Communiqué No. Export 2007/10 published in the Official Gazette dated 25.01.2018 and numbered 30312, the title of the Association was changed to "Ship, Yacht and Services Exporters' Association".

Turkish Ship Yacht and Marine Services Exporters' Association is the only Exporters' Association operating in the ship, yacht and services sectors.
